Money (Australia Edition);Aug2011, Issue 137, p59
The author offers his views on investing property in the U.S. Despite the stabilization of property prices and the attractive gains being experienced by niche markets, EPS Property Search Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Patrick Bright believes that buying into the U.S. property market has more downside than up. He asserts that just because the U.S. prices look cheap, it is not a solid reason to make an investment decision.
