ABSTRACT
The article presents information on relations between the U.S. and Bolivia. The U.S. has been providing development assistance to Bolivia since the 1940s. Bilateral relations have started to deteriorate sharply due to increased public attacks against the U.S. by the Bolivian government and its dismantling of key partnerships, as of December 2008.
