Set realistic goals and meet them

The author examines the need for goals that reflect the true values, and the best way to achieve them. The author cites suggestions to avoid the traps when setting goals which include calculation of true values, setting long-term goals, and writing goals with the use of positive language. Moreover, the approaches also include overcoming weaknesses, seeking win-win results, and developing a strategy based on strengths.
