The article focuses on the importance for accounting firms to consider the benefits brought by social media U.S. It discusses the different applications of social media such as Twitter Inc., Facebook Inc., and LinkedIn Corp., which have been proven to provide several advantages to businesses' exposure to customers, and improve their marketing as well as communication strategies. It also reveals that social media provides business with 40 times rate of return (ROI) on their investments.
