ABSTRACT
The article presents the authors' insights on the significance of the relations of Pakistan and the U.S. They explore the relation of the two countries mentioning that the countries have a history of mutual friendship and support. They say that the U.S. is considered by Pakistan as an important source of financial and economic aid, in which a bulwark against the Soviet Union has been provided by Pakistan to the U.S. They add that both countries need each other for their own separate interest.
