As part of its transformation, the building's exteriors were refreshed with white paint and the lobby area was remodeled. The building is owned by ST Residential and is located between the El Cortez and Las Vegas Boulevard in Nevada. ST Residential President Wade Hundley says they are trying to make the building more affordable to people.
