ABSTRACT
The article presents the authors views regarding online social networking and social networking sites and the various issues related to it. She attributes the fast growth of social networking sites like Facebook, LinkedIn Corp. and Twitter Inc. to the human's inclination to social interactions. Some of the benefits of social networking sites include the reduction in time and geographic differences, sharing of areas of interests and private message functionality.
