ABSTRACT
The article reports on the promulgation of the Minnesota Rules Criminal Procedure 1.06 by the Supreme Court as a temporary rule effective in counties with the eCharging/e-filing pilot project. The Minnesota Justice Information Services (MNJIS) has been ordered by the court to file a report within six months after the project's start date. The MNJIS has been also required to report on the functionality of the technology used in the project.
