The contribution deals with the laboratory-scale model verification of anaerobic cofermentation technologies for bovine slurry and distillery slops from fruit and confectionery waste. The model anaerobic processes performed in research project from public competition IMPULS pronounced by Ministry of Industry and Trade in the Czech Republic no. FI-IM4/215 were carried in model fermenters with identical volumes of 0,06 m3. It was confirmed that distillery slops from confectionery waste is more valuable biogas substrate than distillery slops from fruit. During anaerobic fermentation of 100% distillery slops from fruit the 0,48 mN3 methane production per 1 kg of removed organic matter was measured. During anaerobic fermentation of 100% distillery slops from confectionery waste the 1,00 mN3 methane production per 1 kg of removed organic matter was measured.
