Up to now discussion and testing of Extrasensory Perception have been centered on human experience. However there has been no examination of the physical conditions independent of human beings, without which, ESP would not be possible as a human faculty. This article will attempt to 'put the horse before the cart' by explaining the structure that allows the transmission of something from somewhere to humans. It is also the intention of this article to show how Feeling Telepathy is independent of both Thought Telepathy and Action Telepathy.
