ABSTRACT
The article presents the author's perspectives on the use of technology by teenagers in light of the celebration of Teen Tech Week by the Young Adult Library Services Association (YALSA). The author discusses moral and ethical aspects of teenage technology use including such issues as privacy rights, bullying on the Internet and illegal file sharing. She emphasizes the role of librarians in helping teenagers learn how to use technology responsibly and effectively.
