I&C Update on Plant Vogtle Units 3 and 4

It has been stated that these are the first new nuclear power plant units in the U.S. in decades. It has been stated that the establishment of Technical Specification Traveler Form 493 (TSTF-493) has the potential to be a very positive change for Vogtle Units 3 and 4.
