ABSTRACT
The article highlights the connection tool in Salesforce.com called Appexchange. In the site, users can load add-ons through the connection, and these include bulk electronic mail systems, account mapping systems or print-on-demand solutions. A set of Appexchange add-ons can be placed to monitor keywords from Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, chatter, Gmail, Gmail applications and any social media. With this customer relationship management tool, Salesforce can monitor the key words users have highlighted, allowing them to join a conversation and sell items.
