Makers, dealers differ on 2011 fillrate projections

During 2010 with faster increasing demand than production manufacturers had trouble to manage fill rates, which improved continuously. Fred Koplin, director of Yokohama Tire Corp., mentions that demand was more than what they could produce. Andy Chalofsky, owner of Network Tire Inc., described the fill rates in 2010 as horrible.
