ABSTRACT
This article provides an outlook for trends in the real property auctions market in Great Britain in the last quarter of 2010. It expects a decline in money that will be raised at residential auctions. It also predicts a decrease in the number of residential lots available for sale. In addition, the article forecasts unstable prices of real property.
