ABSTRACT
The article explores the consequences of the tightening of funding for HIV/AIDS organizations serving the LGBT community in Michigan. The Ferndale-based Michigan AIDS Coalition (MAC) suffers from large budget cuts and reductions in donations due to the bad economy but still plans to continue their prevention programs. Moreover, Ann Arbor-based HIV/AIDS Resource Center (HARC) also plans to continue their prevention programs.
