ABSTRACT
The article offers information related to quality awards and programs. It says that the Baldrige National Quality Program was renamed into Baldrige Performance Excellence Program while the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award was changed into Malcolm Baldrige Award. It relates that the changes were made to highlight organizational excellence. It adds that the 2010 Malcolm Baldrige Award judges have chosen 16 organizations for the final review stage.
