ABSTRACT
The article reports on the failure of Governor Mitch Daniels' to secure the 103 million dollar federal stimulus money in Indianapolis, Indiana. It states that the governor was late for applying the stimulus fund which was due to close on September 1, 2010. It also mentions the disappointment of the small businesses sector on the failure of the government to participate in the stimulus program, which could have helped subsidize the backbone of the economy.
