ABSTRACT
The article reports on the real estate developments at the Rockside Road in Independence, Ohio. The "Liberty Commons" is a 4 million dollar shopping center, developed by an investor group that will be built at a five acre site, which have been approved by the authorities. It is stated the investors were surprised at the opportunity for retail that existed in the area. Investor David Bruening said that the plan includes letting out 50 percent of the shopping center to food-related tenants.
