ABSTRACT
The article focuses on the importance of motivation and commitment among employees to allow organizations to grow in the U.S. It notes the essentiality of organizations to include employees in incentive programs that are aimed to strengthen recognition, engagement and performance. The likeliness of companies to measure effectiveness of incentive elements along with other components of a comprehensive program with a scoreboard approach is mentioned.
