The article presents information on the electronic political campaigning methods in the U.S. and discusses the Political Broadcasting Act (PBA) of 1970. As stated, the PBA limits a candidate's expenditures for air time in a general election and is said to affect Federal offices, governorships and lieutenant governorships in the U.S.
