ABSTRACT
The article reports that reliable developers with diversified portfolios and good cash flow will prevail due to the sustained demand from first-generation own-occupiers in China. It states that China Overseas Land & Investment Ltd. (COLI) has been considered to have the best management and human resources network to diversify land bank. Wang Shi, founder of China Vanke, notes that developers with diversified land banks are more likely to withstand any potential headwinds.
