ABSTRACT
The article discusses the role of shoulder strengthening workouts for young rugby football players in Rugby League and Rugby Union. Young athletes have been working out mainly on the prime mover muscles because they want to increase their size. The sample shoulder exercises done within this study are presented including internal rotation with cable, internal rotation with dumbbell, and external rotation with cable.
