ABSTRACT
The article presents the author's perspective on the possible law changes in the government of Georgia. He believes educated voters would be in a better position to make informed decisions during election years if the Georgia Government Transparency and Campaign Finance Act of 2010 introduced by House Speaker David Ralston is signed into the law. He also offers some steps that must be considered to have more transparency and a more open government in terms of campaign finance disclosure.
