The article focuses on the benefits that will be obtained by advertisers from social media such as Twitter. Social media serve as effective advertising technique and social media sites are where consumers go to experience, share, publish and shop. Social media also provide marketers with profile data that enables advertisers to serve relevant advertisements to people who have expressed interest in their products and services through online activity.
