ABSTRACT
The article discusses how can business owners design their Web sites to attract more customers and make them feel comfortable with their companies and product offerings. It cites that a global Web site should be designed for simple loading, navigating and understanding. The other suggestions include putting critical information at the top of the page as possible to limit scrolling down, as well as making a good page design and creating a separate page for a specific language population that one wishes to reach.
