ABSTRACT
The author introduces the new special section titled "Healthcare in Transition: A User's Guide to Reform" as part of the magazine's web site, ModernHealthcare.com, with the goal of helping readers to cope with the new U.S. healthcare reform law. He reflects on the said law that U.S. President Barack Obama signed into law on March 23, 2010. The new section will feature five subsections including a reader forum, feature stories and a retooled Essays on Reform. A special section on the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 is also added.
