ABSTRACT
The article presents information on solar and wind energy. Some of the fossil fuels that provide energy include coal, oil and gas. It explains how the burning of fossil fuels contribute to air pollution that can harm people, animals and plants. Solar power refers to energy from sunlight while wind energy refers to electricity produced by wind turbines from the blowing wind. The Roscoe Wind Farm in Texas has the capacity to provide energy to 230,000 homes with its 627 wind turbines.
