ABSTRACT
The article discusses the immigration of black Americans to Africa as a solution to the race problem in the U.S. According to Liberia president William Tubman, Liberia can easily accommodate 500,000 black Americans, but the rules and regulations are very strict for people coming from outside. Many African leaders condemn racial discrimination, but they believe that the Blacks are Americans, and their problems will not be solved by coming to Africa.
