ABSTRACT
The article reports on the payment of 800,000 million as settlement for a lawsuit filed by the City, by the estate of Vincent Terranova who owns the buildings in Chinatown block nicknamed "Counterfeit Triangle," to the New York City. It discusses the raid led by New York's Mayor Office of Special Enforcement which seized more than 1 million dollars fake merchandise. According to Mayor Michael R. Bloomberg, property owners should take responsibility for the activities in their buildings.
