ABSTRACT
The author discusses the bad effects of having a large online audience in the Internet. He cites the case of poet Maureen Evans, who has produced several thousands of followers in Tweeter. He cites that when the number of Evan's audience grew to several thousands, the sense of community has evaporated. The lesson from the situation, the author asserts, is the value of obscurity.
