The article provides information on the Rational Emotive Education (REE) course for enthusiastic educators in Australia with less than five years experience in teaching. It notes that the program was created by William Knaus who continued the effort of the late Albert Ellis with counseling models for behavioral or emotional management. It adds that the Australian Education Union (AEU) has secured ten million dollars for the professional development of educators in behavioral management.
