ABSTRACT
The article focuses on the lessons learned on the experience during market recessions. Though in year 2009 the economy started growing, there are things that should still be considered including the importance of good people in the business environment, practices in the market to succeed, and active research on the product. As a result, the author notes that to work smarter, to be more creative, and to have a convincing strategy on the product are some of the ways on how to deal recessions.
