ABSTRACT
The article presents the author's insights regarding the economic stimulus package called the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA). The author mentions that the stimulus package, which is designed to cater on energy savings and environmental cleanup, generated conflicting requirements, limited budgets and confusing regulations. The conflicts of the stimulus package such as increased prices of vehicles and cost-ineffectiveness of alternative-fuel vehicles are also mentioned.
