ABSTRACT
The article offers tips on how to manage the phone calls. It suggests to leave a detailed message whenever the person you are calling is not available which includes the reason, name and number. She added to keep a phone log in the planner to indicate discussions and decisions which will eliminate the need on calling again someone to have the same discussion.
