ABSTRACT
The article reports that Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas was quiet about a resumption of peace talks with Israel. In his meeting with Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak, Abbas did not comment on the proposal of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu for an Egyptian-hosted summit with him. According to Abbas, his decision on re-launching talks will depend on what a high-level meeting might yield.
