Rates are facing an average 5.9 percent increase. Distribution of packages vary in relation to zonal requirements. United Parcel Service Express has a base rate of 108.50 U.S. dollars, while DHL offers it at 100.70 U.S. dollars. The U.S. Postal Service Global Express Guaranteed is 96 dollars.
