ABSTRACT
The article reports about the complaints received from teachers regarding workplace bullying in Australia. It says the Department of Education and Training (DET) has failed to act on its responsibilities stipulated under the Dignity and Respect in the Workplace Charter on March 6, 2008 including the provision of system-wide training and support in assessing risk, and risk management of bullying in a workplace. As a result, the Federation has commissioned the University of New England to conduct a survey in all schools and staff on the matter.
