ABSTRACT
The article offers information on the potential sale of Maersk Inc.'s container haulage subsidiary, Pentalver in Cannock, England. As reported, Maersk could struggle to close its subsidiary, as only few people have expressed interest in buying Pentalver and with the haulier sector being in poor state, it could take up to a year to finalize any sale. Maersk reportedly calls it as the shareholding portfolio review and that it would not affect their business operations.
