ABSTRACT
The article reports on the early morning gang violence in Harlem, New York City, which initiates concern among parents regarding safety of their children. It mentions that the New York Police Department (NYPD) found youths who had a gunshot, slash, and stab wound. As response to the incident, the organization Harlem Mothers Stop Another Violent End (SAVE) together with public officials and community leaders in the area held a press conference calling the end of violence and stricter gun laws.
