ABSTRACT
The article focuses on the impact of the U.S. American Recovery & Reinvestment Act of 2009 on the U.S. Small Business Administration's (SBA) loan program. As stated by Allen Cook, deputy director of SBA's office in Michigan, the economic stimulus package has made more funding available to microloan program of SBA which can used for working capital and had also changed guaranteed amount on most of the guaranteed loans to 90% from 75-80%.
