ABSTRACT
The article presents information related to a visit by Mystery Shopper, an agent for the journal "Travel Weekly" to Going Places's travel agency in Wrexham, Wales. During the checking for the date of the Chinese New Year, the agent asked lots of questions from the Mystery Shopper. Although she had not visited Hong Kong but was able to find answers and printed out Gazetteer reviews. According to the Shopper, the agent was efficient in offering deals that were much cheaper than anyone else.
