ABSTRACT
The article reports on the Santa Fe Avenue Overcrossing project, which aims to connect Santa Fe Avenue and Visalia in California. It cites that the project started in February 2009 due to the Measure R bond, which insures the project's tax dollars, passed by the voters in November 2006. It mentions that pillars, brickwork, timecapsules, and arching guardrail design will be incorporated in the project. Fred Lampe, project manager, estimates that the roadway will be opened by December 2009.
