ABSTRACT
The article considers the experiences of certified public accountants (CPAs) with the use of social networking site, Twitter. CPAs cite several advantages of this social media technology in areas, including professional credibility, visibility and connectedness with clients and the firm. Also examined are reasons for using Twitter, offering suggestions for its effective usage, such as partnering tweets with blogs.
