ABSTRACT
The article reports that the Paperless Boarding Pass pilot program has been expanded by the U.S. Transportation Security Administration (TSA) and Continental Airlines Inc. to San Diego International Airport, California. The program allows passengers to receive boarding passes electronically on their cell phones or pocket computers which will eliminate the need for a paper boarding pass. The benefits of the program are also mentioned.
