ABSTRACT
The article presents information on the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) loan report in June 2009. According to SBA District Director Richard Temkin, 112 loans were made through the agency's popular 7(a) program in Michigan. He claims that loan policy changes in the federal level through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act have contributed to the increase in lending.
