ABSTRACT
The article reports on the results of a property auction held by Harman Healy at Kensington's Town Hall in England on July 9, 2009. The company was able to sell 79% of the 47 lots offered at the auction. Competitive bidding pushing final bids for distressed lots well in excess of guide prices.
