ABSTRACT
In this article, the author offers a response to author Jay Youngdahl's comments on his report titled "Unfair Advantage: Workers' Freedom of Association in the United States Under International Human Rights Standards," on human rights approach to labor rights. He mentions that the reports does not suggest individualization of labor rights, and denies Youngdahl's views that reframing labor issues will hamper labors' unity and movements. He also supports combining of solidarity with individual rights.
