ABSTRACT
The article focuses on the conflict faced by the U.S. President Barack Obama's administration to stop settlements or to control Israeli aggression. According to the author, the U.S. Vice President Joseph R. Biden and Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton believes that Obama's decisive change in foreign policy would lack a good sense. Moreover, it mentions that, before he took the presidential position, Obama was already an Israel lobby fellow traveler.
