ABSTRACT
The article reports that Danhua Chemical Technology Co. Ltd. has signed a framework agreement with several companies in China to develop coal-based mono-ethylene glycol business. These include ShareWin Enterprise Investment Co. Ltd., Tongliao Jinmei Chemical Co. Ltd., and Henan Coal Chemical Group Co. Ltd. All companies intend to have an annual production capacity of three million tons in five to six years. Henan Coal will acquire Danhua's shares via a private share placement.
